beautiful cloissoine bracelet

A few weeks ago I asked on my Facebook page, “if I were to make you something, what would it be?” There were several responses but a jeweler friend of mine said, “I would love some floral cloisonné earrings”. And my floral collections were born.  The dogwood collection has grown and I just love the blue and white color combination.

There is no limit to the possibilities with floral jewelry. Living near the east coast I have always gravitated toward the ocean, sea creatures and beach scenes. So I will ask you, “What would you like me to make you?” Perhaps there will be the birth of another collection.

I spent most of my career in interior design and the last 20 years designing restaurants in the Raleigh, NC area. Since I grew up on the coast of Long Island I headed for the coast of NC Ince I retired in Raleigh. I set up my silversmith studio and began creating sterling and fine silver jewelry reflecting my love of the sea. In the past year I discovered enamel and cloisonné. I was hooked. You will see many cloisonné and champleve pieces in my collections. My hope is that you will love them as much as I loved making them.
